The solar panel can absorb the sun’s energy via its solar cells or photovoltaic cells during the sunny daytime, and store and convert it into electrical power in the battery.

When nighttime comes, the solar street light can be turned on automatically with the photocell sensor, with dusk to dawn control. This discharging and recharging process keeps repeating day and night.
