How to install LED street lights and what's needed to pay attention during the process?
LED street lights are well-known for their many benefits, and as a result, they are also preferred by consumers. Oftentimes, consumers are preoccupied with the cost and quality of led street lights, but it's easy to ignore the installation difficulty. I believe that as long as the acquired product is of sufficient quality and is properly installed, little attention is paid to it. Indeed, installation is critical for LED street lights, why are you saying that? Following that, Mklights will demonstrate how to install LED street lights and the issues that must be addressed throughout the installation procedure.
Step 1: Choose the installation location.
Select an appropriate installation site that will enable the foundations to be laid and the street light poles to be installed. Take care not to pick a moist location to avoid unsteady street light poles.
The distance between LED street lights is the same as the distance between street lamps, which is defined by the LED street lamps' illuminating output, the height of the street lamp poles, and the width of the road. In certain places, the distance is determined by the number of street lights that can be bought within the available budget. Step 2: Installation (laying buried cables)

Step 5: Install the LED street light
After allowing the foundation to dry, secure the constructed LED street light's bottom flange with the embedded components and fasten the screws.
Note:
The height (from the light source to the ground), angle of elevation, and direction of installation of LED street lights in the same location should all be uniform.
The LED luminaire installation's longitudinal centerline should coincide with the lamp arm's longitudinal centerline. The luminaire's horizontal line should be parallel to the ground, with no visible skew after tightening.
The LED street light head should be positioned correctly according to the design, and the street lamp head wiring should adhere to all applicable requirements.
Recheck and tighten all nuts and bolts. Additionally, washers and spring washers should be included.
Step 6: Electrical Installation
Connect the lay cables to the wires in the street light poles, tape the connections, and insert the connectors into the street light poles.

After participation, the materials will be examined out of the box, and the equipment will be available for use only after passing the inspection.
The moving contact's and static contact's center lines should be parallel, and the contacts should be in close touch.
The switching contact of the secondary circuit's auxiliary switch should be precise and dependable in touch.
Mechanical and electronic locking mechanisms must be precise and dependable.
The grounding system must be sturdy and dependable, as well as conform to all applicable designs and standards.
Step 7: Examination and pressure testing
It is required to employ debugging equipment, surfaces, and instruments that have been examined and certified by state-recognized metrological institutions and are used and maintained by specialized staff.
The electrical circuit's insulation must be certified, the impedance matching must be correct, the wiring must be exact, and the symbol must be clear and comprehensive.
The surface must be active, the measurement must be precise, the zero position must be precise, and the indicator, degradation, and recording accuracy must all match the manual's standards.
After completing the equipment, inspect it and verify that it is functioning properly before continuing with sub-item debugging.

How to solve the waterproof problem of LED street lights?

1. The lamp's waterproofing issue
