The 80w ATEX certified recessed LED canopy light is used as an LED gas station light for the gas station in Malaysia. The owner of the petrol station originally planned to use a 250W metal halide light. After the design of our DIALUX lighting simulation scheme, the 80W LED gas station light was selected and installed. The final effect is very good. 80W replaces the traditional metal halide lamp with 250W, and the energy-saving rate is over 70%. The owner is very satisfied with this project and plans to choose our 80W gas station lamp in any of the next 8 gas stations.

a. Do gas station canopy lights need ATEX certification?
The answer is YES, gas stations are inflammable and explosive places, and any static electricity or sparks may cause major disasters, so the lamps used in gas stations must have explosion-proof certification.
b. Are your petrol station canopy lights ATEX certified?
We have three types of petrol station lights, of which RB and RC petrol station lights have explosion-proof certification, and the certification standards are EN 60079-0:2012/A11:2013, EN 60079-7:2015,
EN 60079-11:2012, EN 60079-31:2014.
